End user licence agreement
Last updated 11 October 2026
This licence covers your use of the Spark app, on the web and on your phone, including its connection to QuickBooks Online. Spark is provided by Rachel Wallis, trading as Spark. Our terms of service and privacy policy apply alongside it.
Licence
We give each member of a business a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Spark for that business, for as long as they are a member.
What you may not do
Don't share your sign-in, copy or resell Spark, reach data through anything other than Spark's own screens, or try to get round its security.
QuickBooks
Spark connects to your business's QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's permission process. It reads customers, items, invoices and estimates, and creates suppliers, expenses and bills from receipts you check. Check anything Spark creates before you rely on it.
Ownership
Spark itself stays ours. Your business's data stays yours.
No warranty
Spark is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
This licence ends when you stop being a member of the business, when the business leaves Spark, or when its QuickBooks connection is revoked, for the parts of Spark that need it.
Law and contact
This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: privacy@spark-app.co.uk.
